what happens if HSMP-Extn app is rejected after visa expires

Post by ravi6666 » Mon Mar 23, 2009 3:27 pm

Hi,

My intial HSMP visa is due to expire on 23-April-2009,I am planning to apply on HSMP extension on 1 April 2009 as I am maintining balance from 30-Dec-2008.

I am getting 100 points in total and I have all required documents.
But in worst case scenario what happens if Extension application is rejected after visa expires.

pleas let me know

Thanks,
Ravi

If you are refused extention and your visa is expired, then HO would give you right of appeal. You go for appeal.
