Dependent Maintenance query

wp to tier-1 in-country + 1 dependent.

What shall I write in J4 on page number 26 of dependent form.

"Maintenance certified by the sponsor
J4. Tick to confirm that the dependent has sent:
A letter from the A-rated sponsor confirming that, where necessary, it will maintain and accomodate the dependent during his/her first month in the United Kingdom."

Currently I am living in London for last one year and my wife is staying with me for last 2 months.

Does this section applies to me or should I leave it blank ?
