WPto tier-1 in-country application.

I am on Work permit in UK and my wife is on dependent visa.

I have got extention of my work permit two times in past. Now visa stamp on my passport currently says RESIDENCE PERMIT earlier it was written as UK ENTRY CLEARANCE in my first WP visa stamp on my passport. current visa stamp on my passport has 'TYPE OF PERMIT as LIMITED LEAVE TO REMAIN' while first WP visa stamp has 'Type as VISA WORK PERMIT' .

My wife has got new entry clearance this time. Her visa stamp has Type as VISA WORK PERMIT DEPENDENT.

What will be our current immigration status for me and for my wife ?
I need to write this in tier-1 application.

Kindly help.
