Reply From HO, Please Advice!

I had done a review request 6 weeks ago and no attempt yet on my my request. These are the different replies I got from HO in one Week:

''Dear Sir

Your case is still awaiting consideration, as this may take up to 6 months.
You will be advised when a decision has been made.

And this one,


''Dear Sir/Madam

At the moment your review is waiting to be worked on.

At the moment we are going through some changes regarding reviews, we
are in
the process of setting up a reviews team who will deal with reviews
only.

This is why there is a delay in the process.

I dont know what to do now as time is running out. Whatz your advice for me.

and i got this response on July 16 (that was Saturday and I am really surprised that they work on Satudays too):

Dear Sir your review has not been input onto our system as yet can you please check later in the week and by this time we should have input this onto our system.
