PREVIOUS EARNINGS DOUBT - URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED PLEASE !!

Hi guys,

I am planning to apply for Tier 1 2mrw . Pls clarify a quick doubt.
I am going to claim earnings for the period for 12 may 08 to 27 feb 09 under previous earnings section.

I am claiming from 12 May 08 because, beofore that period i was in the UK .
I just want to show earnings for the period after i came to India because i dont have my UK bank stmts now.

Each month i am credited salary in India at the monthend.

Question 1
For May'08 , though i have only (31-12)19 days in the claim period, is it possible for me to inlcude the 30 day salary as my earnings for the month of May'08 ?
Will HO have any objection to this ?

Question 2
My last salary credit date is 27 feb 09.
Can i put the end date as anydate in March (say march 11,09 when the Calendar Month ends according to my start date, but there is no credit that has hapenned on that date ) ?
Is this possible or the end claim date has to be neecesarily 27 feb 09 when my last salary was credited ?

Hiya,
I think you should have no problem in claiming earnings for whatever period you want to, within the period allowed (12 months out of 15months). AS long as you show the evidence .. statements or payslips etc. and have the necessary earnings for your claim.
