any one heard about the oxford bussiness college in 2 or 3 days......

They are currently under investigation by the UKBA intellgence team. I heard the college has started using the same policy as LCMIT, the Oxford business school issued 600 certificates in one month and now they are only verfying 100 and rest to be bogus , in other words saving their life.

you u better pray thay you fall in those 100 fortunate students.

i would suggest not to mention ur college names,the more u mention it the more ppl will come out of rumours about it.many ppl from different institutes are awaiting passports since october/nov some from universities as well

Dont tell me, well my friend is in that college & has passed that exam there, looks like hi is one of the unlucky 500 people in the college, he sent me a email saying that there is a issue with his certificate, but did not know it was so bad.

I am sure its same person. And one more thng, your 1st post is on 23jan 2008 and 2nd one is on 23 March 2009., exactly after 14 months. and you come up as a case worker. within 1 year, you become case worker from international student. (Non-EU ppl are not allowed to work for HO).

Btw wot happend with your passport? did you get it back or still trying to find it?

guys cool down! i am just telling you the facts, and i hope all the best of all oxford college students, please do not take it personal , i heard from a reliable source so i mentioned it , my intention is to alert you guys so that you could make your enquiries and make sure every thing is in order before its too late.

to hinamalk,
as you are saying that college is under investigation,but the same college has got tier 4 license with A rating,if there were some issues why UKBA would give it license, A rating means the college has not violated any immigration rules in the past.
