Payslip - Computer Generated - Please very urgent

Post by B+ » Thu Mar 26, 2009 2:09 pm

Hi,
I'm planning to apply for Tier-1 from India tomorrow (before new rules).
I've all documents ready and get 115 points.
The problem is regarding my payslips.
These are sent via mail. It has my company logo in color.
Also, the Company Name/Address is specified in the bottom of payslip.
It has a printed signature of my Finance Manager in blue color as Authorised Signatory.
In addition, it is mentioned that "This is a computer generated payslip".
My HR and Finance, both have refused plainly to sign/seal the payslips or provide any letter.

Can I send the payslips as is, withut seal/sign along with the application tomorrow?
Pls request your valuable advice in this regard.
Seniors pls help me as it is very urgent.

If it has the company logo in color. Then i believe you should be fine to go with this.
I am in the same situation and my payslips are not signed by my HR but they are generated by the system and has color logo and stuff into it.

Looking at the text below in the guidance notes page 22 i think you are taking a big resk by sending your computer generated pay slips printouts.. It wont make a difference if there is logo present on online salary slips.. I had my initial HSMP rejected for the same reason.. but in second attempt i mamaged to convince my HR to sign the sal slips... (what a waste of £350 that time)

"i) Payslips: These should be either formal payslips or on company headed paper. If payslips are not on headed paper or the applicant receives all pay slips online, he/she must authenticate the evidence by asking the employer to sign and stamp a printout. If the applicant provides payslips, they must cover the whole period claimed (for example, if payslips are produced monthly, the applicant must provide the payslip for each month of the period claimed)."

All the best...
