Right to work while waiting for visa extension

Hello Members

Can you please shed light on the right to work while waiting for visa extension?

My visa has expired on 21st March 2009 and i am awaiting my Tier 1 extension for close to 6 weeks now.

Once you have applied no issues . You can stay .

But pray , it is approved ...else you cannot re apply as your time is over .

This is correct. Also, if you appeal the decision should the worst case scernio occur, then you'll still be eligible to work while your appeal is being decided.

u can work legally as long as ur case is under HO process
