Timeline for non Critical list/non MODL applicants?

Hi,

after skill assessment, what time span should one expect form DIAC if he/she is a normal applicant (i.e applicant is not on the Critical list and MODL and not state sponsored) to get the visa stamped.

It would be a lot of help if somebody can comment on this.

All I want to have is any insight/guess on non Critical list/non MODL i.e "ordinary" applicant time line.

Anyone, any comments?
