They suppose sent to u letter with ask about new documents...payslip, bank statements....etc.


If u complain more than 3 weeks ago and nothing happen than repeat.

I complained on 19th via e-mail got responce via e-mail 20th and a letter dated 21 march which i received today 25th March. I think d HO is still crazy cos do they except everyone 2 complain b4 attending to a case

I truely appreciate this forum its helps alot and i have had more information on issue. they apologise on d letter saying my case is now with a case worker i hope it wont take more than 3 more wks from others experience

hi,
i think things getting better. Everything exactly as in case my husband. Dont worry u will receive soon d next letter from HO. And finally RC. I know it cost a lot of stress. I just regreted that we didnt complain when passed 6 months. But finally we have RC.

Hi,

they received ours documents 9th of march ( i sent by the next day delivery ) and we got RC 16th of march. Than we waited just 1 week.

Thank you so much for sending me that sample letter.
You really gave an idea about what to write.
In my case it has turned 5 months so there is still 1 month left.
I am not really much hopeful it will come exactly within 6 months time.
So I am getting as much information as I can than when the 6 months expire I will contact them on next day.

EEA2 HELP NEEDED

HIYA,
I HAVE APPLIED FOR EEA2 IN AUG 2007 AND TIL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REPLY FROM HO. MADE ONE COMPLAIN 6 WEEK AGO BUT NOT HEARD ANY REPLY YET. I LOST ONE JOB COZ OF NOT HAVING PASSPORT EVEN THO I HAD THE LETTER FROM HO. NOW MY PRESENT JOB IS UNDER THREAD AS THEY R ASKING QUESTIONS COZ LETTER ONLY TALK ABOUT 6 MONTHS. I AM THINKING TO WRITE LETTER TO MY LOCAL MP AND SOLVIT. PLZ CAN SOME ONE SEND ME COPY OF COMPLAIN LETTER SO THAT I CAN GET GUIDANCE FROM IT. I WILL BE VERY VERY THANKFUL.

Great news! Yesterday I received my passport back with the card on it for 5 years! I think things at Liverpool are getting far better than what it was in Croyden or maybe they have more stuff, who knows.. anyway many thanks to everyone who gave me tips and advices who made all this stressing time a bit more beareable.

roger can u plz explain how much time u have waited til it is done for u?...mine will be 8 months on 7th April . plz also as i mention earlier that can anyone send me the example letter regarding complain or solvit complain as i will also involve my MP in it.

I was thinking of involving solvit and my local MP as well until I called a few days ago and was told that "It is done" -Whatever that means.
I asked if it meant the RC was attached but was told that it is sorted and that I should receive my documents within the next 10 working day. :P
By the way I applied in mid-Agust 2008 and have since been asked two separate additional documents which I provided.

Cogratulation to Rogerex, I applied on 7th of july08 and its going to be 9 moths! HO asked for edt documents send them on 16th of Feb
still waiting I hope to get them b4 Easter... other wise I wont be able to travel with my wife :(

Hi Aamir, I waited 10 months I sent my application the 19 th of May. then they asked for me to provide with some support docuemnts at the end of febnruary and after that I called in 2 weeks ago and they said the desition has been maid and i should expect my documents within the next two weeks. :D .

Patiente pays, but it is a very streseful porcess I agree. I want to go with my wife to Slovakia now, I'd like to know I f I need a visa to go there.

AncientAlien judging by what they said you should have a nice surprise by Friday good luck!
