HSMP extension - Qualification evidence thr HSMP refer

I am applying for HSMP extension in couple of days, when I initially got HSMP visa two years back I used the same qualification ( Masters in my case) and claimed 35 points .
Now I am using the same qualification for extension.

But guidance says for extension no need to send qualification again.

How do they check if I claimed 35 points in my previous application..

In my initial HSMP letter there is "our Ref no: XXXX", do we need to mention this ref no anywhere

or for safe side shall i send my Masters document again...
