RETURNING WITH ILR

Hello Freinds,

with all your help we got the ILR Last year in the month of october(i.e., oct'2004). after receiving it i had to return to my home country to serve the contract for my old client which i will be finishing this december.

so, i am planning to come to UK by JAN'2006. since i don't have a job and place to stay in UK will i be questioned at the immigration check?

will i have a valid entry with my ILR.

Please suggest me whether i am going in a right way or not.

Yes, because you will have been outside the UK for less than two years so should not encounter a problem to resume your residence in the UK.
