What to withdraw my HSMP appl. but ?

Hi everyone,

I want to withdraw my HSMP application but does anyone know if they (HOME OFFICE) entered all the information (e.g. work experience, education, etc) listed on application into their internal system already before the decision is made or they enter the information on application when they process it?
