WP holder to Tier1 question

Hi,
I'm switching from permit to Tier1. I've already sent my documents and found out that I did not send my Work Permit. Actually, there is no information about work Permit in the Application Form or Guidance, but my friends sent their permits with application. Can it be a problem for me?

I dont' think that will cause any problem. Otherwise , it would have mentioned in guidance.

I think its in your passport. I recall it being in mine or rather the entry status being referred in the passport. Also if you gave them the HO reference number they'll have it on record.
