What 1 more chance ...?romanslon wrote:hi all,
I've got a refusal today with the following statement:
Qualification: 30 Points awarded
Previous Earnings: 0 Points awarded
----statement----
You stated an income of £23.000.00 (20 points)
You have supplied two piece of evidence to support this. However, the evidence you supplied is not acceptable because:
1. You have claimed earnings from 29 November 2007 to 16 June 2008 and from 01 August 2008 to 11 December 2008, which is more than 12 consecutive months.
2.The payslips you have provided for the months X,Y,Z have not been authenticated(now I know why. Because of their is no signature or stamp on it. Just printed sheets with company header and full statement which was not enoght) by your previous emmployer.
----statement----
UK Experience: 5 points awarded
Age: 20 points awarded
English level: 10 points awarded
Maintenance: 0 points awarded
---statement----
I didnt follow 1 month deadline for the latest bank statement.
---statement----
My visa expires Oct 09, so I have one more chance.
Before I reaply, I have some question to Dear Community:
I claimed for 20 points(I earned more than £23k from full time salaried employee), but if you cont all awarded points it will be clear that I've got 65 points(+10 points for Maintenance which I will get easily as I hold more than 1.5k on by bank acccount for 3 months for the new application)
Question 1: How many points I must claim in my new application than? - 20(£23k+) or 15(£20k+) ?
There is my salary break down:
2008
January - full time day job.
February - full time day job.
March - full time day job.
April - full time day job.
May - full time day job.
June - full time day job.
July - DIDN'T WORK, so no income as an employee.
August - full time day job.
September - full time day job.
October - full time day job.
November - full time day job.
December - full time day job.
Total earned: £21,000.00
2009
January - Self Employed Contractor.
February - Self Employed Contractor.
March - Self Employed Contractor.
--under question, as I must the 2008-2009 year by end of April.
If I apply this month(April) which months I must cover to reach Points I need(see above).
Greatfuly thanks for all answers coming!
When you say printed sheets with Company header are you referring to a proper letter-head of the company?2.The payslips you have provided for the months X,Y,Z have not been authenticated(now I know why. Because of their is no signature or stamp on it. Just printed sheets with company header and full statement which was not enoght) by your previous emmployer.
Hi Learned members, romanslon wrote:yes, The company name is on the top.Printer printed sheets. White paper. I'm afraid they wanted that one which usually printed on special sheets(green or blue fields fillied with payslip details).
Anyway I have no change and must chase my previous employee to stamp/seal that unaccepted sheets and write a letter which states so.
thanks for answers guys!

I am still bit confused with what is required. I am employed with an Indian company that provides a softcopy of salary slips which contains company logo at the top with their Indian address mentioned at the footer of page. Do you think this would be a problem ?
Also, if I have to submit it to Home Office, do I need to take printout in normal A4 printer sheets (or some special paper) ?
Looking forward to valuable suggestions.
Thank You

Thanks romanslonromanslon wrote:here I attached screenshots of my payslips.
I found that one of the not accepted payslipts has a signature from an accountent, and still not been accepted.
Guys how to sort it out?
I see 2 ways:
As employee to put a seal on each payslip
+put an accountant signature
+write a message on official company blank which will state how much I earned and signed by company accountant and her contact details.
any ideas?
Was just wondering if your early application for FLR by any chance led to them get suspicious and refuse your HSMP --> Tier 1 FLR ?romanslon wrote:dunno mate, employee confused as well. they see such kind of 'not authorized' stuff first time.
ohh HO how we love you
Hi romanslon, romanslon wrote:They dont require to apply right after you visa will expire.
Otherwise its difficult to reapply(see other topics where people got refusal and must leave the country immediately)
