Hi,

I have completed 4 years under Work Permit and 10 months under Tier 1 general.

What are the documents needs to be submitted apart from Pay slips, Bank statement, passport ? Do I need submit Work Permit approval letter ? Does Visa stamping on Passport is enough? Do I need to submit birth certificate?

HI,
yes I think you will need to submit work permit and any extension letters from home office.. ur birth certificate not reqd but reqd for any child if applying with u

Postal ILR is taking long time. new guidance says may need to wait 6 mnths
