When ukba will clear the backlog?

When ukba will clear the backlog?

Hello anybody has heard anything from their institution or any agent/consultant that when Home Office will clear the oct/nov,2008 backlog?Does anyone think those pending cases will be cleared by this month?

Hi Biswanath,

It is absolutely impossible to answer that question, I feel! The time frame is different for everyone.

The only thing I would say is that the number of applications for the PSW Visa are likely to drop dramatically now that they've changed the educational qualifications rule and are no longer accepting PG Dips and Certificates. This would surely mean things will eventually ease up, but it's hard to say when. There are just so many PSW appeals going on, it seems.

Just like A said, I don't really think anyone on here can predict when the backlog will be cleared and I doubt even the guys on the information line would even have that information...Keep your fingers crossed.

That's a million doller question which no-one knows the answer to (Not even HO as there is a big Q)

Yeah, if that question were on "Who wants to be a millionaire?" it would be the final question!! And even then, no 'phone a friend' or 'ask the audience' would help!... We ALL want to know when we will hear from HO. The day WILL come.... eventually!

The service level is appalling to say the least but somehow it all just seems to be a waiting them...when John Doe sees you file covered up in dust and decides to clean if off and look at your case then it must be your lucky day...
