Official payslip and company headed paper

Post by freedom » Fri Apr 03, 2009 9:30 pm

I receive all my payslips on a company stationery bearing only the company name and logo (coloured) without any other details about the company like address and registration details. The payslips contain every information a payslip should contain including the date of payment into the bank, but it appears like A4 paper with only the company's name and logo. Do you think that this is acceptable?

Please I need advise asap as I have already filed my application and I want to know if I need to do something fast before my case is decided. I am getting worried now as I read a thread on rejection because of payslip not being formal. Thanks for your contributions.

Yes, company is in UK. It has everything a payslip should have including NI, tax code, taxable pay etc. My concern is that it is in form of A4 and has only the company logo and name without contact details. I receive it by post too.

Hi

Your payslips apparently looks fine but still I would ask you sign and seal from your company HR as its on A4 size paper not standard payslip issued in UK.
Thinking low is crime....

Thanks for your response.

I have already sent out the payslips with my application. I am going to ask my employer for a back up letter on Monday. I hope HO receives it before my case is decided as they will start processing the applications in my date range from next week (06/04/09).

Please can you give me a fax number and postal address for sending additional documents.

Thanks.
