Thats really quick, good for him!! Has anyone heard from AIT on their hearing date? They tell me mine is in a queue, its been three weeks. What could be the problem? Does the HO have to be informed before they process the appeal and give a hearing date? I am worried that they are delaying deliberately on the HO side if they are involved at this early stage.
