Dear Mr.Haider,

I rang UKBA too many times about my application.Everytime they answered my application is waiting for consideration.I have also asked them how much time it will take to finish the entire processing? HO answered PSW application has no time limit. It can take any time.I am very stressed.

Yours sincerely,

Sadhu Agashe.

Dear Sadhu Agase,

thanx a lot for ur reply. I think it's beyond our reach now. All we can do now, just pray and hope for the best and wait. Yes, it is very worrying and stressfull. Same goes for me. All my plan including seeing my parents is on hault. Let see what happens by the grace of god.

no man, i know some1 who has exactly the same situation, now applying for student visa. To be honest, as the HO can't prove that the students were involved with this thing and they are not victims, so u can win the appeal.
and I know couple of guys who applied for PSW from Oxford/Cambridge college won their appeals already. it doesnot matter if u apply for psw or student visa, i think they will refuse ur application. So appeal is the only chance for u, hire a good lawyer as you dont have too many options. but it will cost u 1000-2000 gbp bro.
but, if you get an admission at a good college, u can argue that u r a genuine student. good luckkk

yw mate. ask the lawyer how much he is going to charge u if he submits application form, and then processes all the documents till the end and appear at the court with u and if there is any extra charge for anything, just to make sure that he doesnt get a chacne to rip u off. and always try to keep a copy of everything with u. Btw, before consulting with a lawyer ask him if he charges anything. But, to be honest, You first have to find a good ground for appeal, thats what u should ask ur lawyer. try different lawyers and find out who can do that. Maximum, the lawyer will charge u max 20-30 gbp for 1 session. so take all the papers with u. write down all the questions on a piece of paper now so that u wont forget any question later. Good Luk.
