Calculation of 4 Yrs Work Exp. in HSMP

Hello There

Can anybody comment on my following question ?
I am trying to claim 50pts for work exp & have 2 yrs specialist experience, however in the other 2 yrs of my employment there is two months gap in switching between the jobs & therefore I just fall short by two months if 4 yrs are calculated monthwise in 48 months, if however they are calculated in general say Jul-01 to Aug-05 it does complete the required 4 yrs.
Does any body has had a similar situation & has been awarded or rejected points, can you please share.
Can also somebody comment on chances of case worker giving consideration to under 28 application & all other criteria being fulfilled may use discretion to award full points in exeperience.

It looks the obvious solution but my problem is that my holidaymaker visa runs out in a months time. It just gets more complicated from there on.

even in one months time, i think, u ll not be able to get HsMp approval and EC approval.

If you have some extra points without these 2 yrs exp. I mean if u can manage to get 65 without 4 yrs work exp(35points), take the chance. other wise wait.
