Application Date Help confused

hello basically i have a really simple query ... i first applied for psw visa on 1st of october 2008 my application came back on 28th of october 2008 saying you havent filled in a section please fill it and send it back than i sent it back on 30 of oct received it back on 6th of nov saying u havent attached a fee which i was not told to do so ...anyways finally i sent my application back on 10th of nov 2008 ...so this is the story now the question is what date of application should the ho consider 1st of oct which was the initial or 10th of nov please help it is very important to me...

When they will receive the FULL COMPLETED FORM, without any mistakes so the 2nd date.
