PSW visa - Extra fee charged for Dependent

Hi,

One of my friend applied for PSW visa, he forget to sent separate dependent visa form. Then he received letter from HO to sent an other form for his dependent. He filled and sent. He and his dependent got PSW visa but he has been charged £800.00(before april 08). How he can refund his £400.00, whom shell he approach and what is the procedure..?

No man...it is very clear that if you submit your dependent's application in a same envelope then they will consider that dependent's application on a same fees...and if you send it in separate then you have to pay extra fee for that....

HO only knows how to take and make money and never knew how to return it!!!
btw...two forms mean two times fees...as simple as that !!!
