Now my I am looking for advise which is below

1 .Would I would be elligible for ILR on 17th may 2009 on long residency 14yrs rule ?

I HAVE NO GAPS , NEVER BEEN OUT OF UK DURING THIS PERIOD.

HAVE GOT THE SAR REPORT FROM THE UKBA.

BEEN WORKING AND PAYING TAXES THROUGH OUT .

JOINT NAME IN THE PROPERTY OWNED BY MY DAD .

2 . WHAT ARE THE LIST OF DOCUMENT I NEED UNDER LONG RESIDENCY.

3 . COULD I MAKE A SAME DAY APPLICATION AT CROYDON OFFICE.

4 WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DISCRETIONARFY LEAVE .

5 . FINALLY WHAT ARE THE CHANCES AND TIME FRAME OF THE ILR BEING GRANTED .

PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS IT IS JUST A MONTH LEFT FOR ME TO PREPARE THE FILE FOR MY ILR AND ANY IMPORTANT LINKS OF INFORMATION I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF .

Hi Sakshi,
I am not a expert in ILR, but what I have seen in the SET O form for 14 years long residency if you can show you have been paying National Insurance, and some bills which you must be paying. Also it says that the Life in the UK test is complulosry for 14 year long residency applicants as well. So if you have not given that test please give the test.
Try to doenload the SET O form and have a look, when you read it yourself you shall be clear as to how to prepare it.

On what grounds your ILR application was refused?
