Where to Get land registry certificate in Scotland

Hi I found in this forum that you can get land registry certificate online for England at http://www.landregisteronline.gov.uk/

Does anybody know where to get it in Scotland?

Also how and where to get : Letter from the council (housing standards) to say the house was of good standard and would not be overcrowded in Scotland?

i got my letter from the environmental health department of my local council.

Do you mean: the letter sayin the property is not overcrowded, or the land registry copy???
