Is so, why they have mentioned as if it's compulsory???
I don't know when UK govt will stop making blunders!
Absolutely correct. UKBA still has to learn from its documentation mistakes. I had been penalised in my initial HSMP application post 6 Dec 2006, due to a guidance document error.
