my application arrived at home office on the 19 march.

according to the home office website today:
During the week commencing 13 April 2009, we expect to be considering applications that were received on or before 19 March 2009. Please note that this timescale is a guideline only, and some cases may take longer to consider.

Does anyone know..... based on this info when i should get my passport back?
Difficult to say really.....I'm still awaiting response from HO since beginning Jan...14 weeks now still waiting just praying. Yours is still early days yet...but, you never know, you just may be lucky.

How do you check status of your visa from within UK

Post by immu » Wed Apr 15, 2009 11:44 am

I can see that people are coming back with status's of their Tier 1 like 'Awaiting further consideration'. How do you get to know these status's. I had applied for my Tier 1 on 16th March (5 weeks from today), and have no idea how to check my status? I am applying from within UK. I haven't applied through VFS etc, as that is done only if you apply from India. Please help.

I called UKBA this morning but my details are not yet on their system, which I think a bit too late :(

Hi,

Its so frustrating to hear Awaiting further/consideration from HO.
HO called my company and verified everything.
I have made a request for the urgent treatment too.
I have been hearing AFC for three days past the verification.

I was supposed to travel today, and my tickets are gone now.

Does anybody has such experience with HO.
I applied it on 28th Feb 2009 and still in waiting.

Congrats!

I applied on 12th March and Fees was deducted on 13th March. I believe that a decision would have been made by this time and should be on its way by post.

Oh mean you like to confirm how much money you have earned etc....

I wouldn't worry too much...... start to worry if you have not heard anything by the end of next week!
