need advice - hsmp salary slip

hi,
can someone advice me on the salary slip issues.

normally in india IT field we have only Intranet salary slips and we dont have any original (on company letter head etc..) will this printed salary slips are valid for HSMP ???
I am showing income proof as IT returns document also.
also, do we need to submit any document for english knowledge proof??/
please advice.

To be acceptable for hsmp purposes, payslip printouts from the Intranet should either be on company letterhead or stamped with official stamp and signed (if on plain paper). The printouts would complement your IT returns.

If you have not undertaken any educational pursuit conducted in English Language for a reasonable length of time, you will need to provide proof of English Language proficiency.
