Apparently the tracking service has been suspended; so the only way you can find the latest status of an application is by phoning the BHC on 0092 512098999, or by dropping into the Visa Application Centre you submitted your paperwork to.

Hi mOOOn,

I hope you are still searching this board, coz I have a question to ask you. I wanted to know if your husband told the truth about his overstay in the application. 10 days is a very short time according to alot of the other cases!!!! I am hoping mine will be just as short :D

YOUR WHOLE STORY HAS MADE ME SO HAPPY SISTER!!!! INSHALLAH HOPE EVERYHTING WORKS WELL FOR YOU.

HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT THE VISA? DID GERRY'S CALL YOU?

MY WIFE IN PAKISTAN SUBMITTED HER PAPER IN MID APRIL. IS IT TO EARLY TO MAKE ENQUIRIES? SHE HAD SUBMITTED HER APPLICATION IN ISLAMABAD. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE TIME FRAME AND THE PROCEDURES. SORRY TO BE SO DUM BUT ITS ALL MOST 4 MONTHS SINCE SHE HAS BEEN IN PAKISTAN WITH OU CHILD OF 2 YEARS OLD (BRITISH) AND WE ARE ANXIOUSLY JUST WAITING AND OBVIOUSLY STRESSED.

HER APPLICATION IS COMPLICATED DUE TO BEING PREVIOUSLY MARRIED IN THE UK BUT DIDNT WORK OUT AND AS SHE EXHAUSTED ALL RIGHTS TO APPEAL SHE WAS ADVISED TO RETURN BACK AND APPLY VIA ENTRY CLEARENCE. THE TIME SHE WAS IN THE UK SHE HAD ALWAYS WORKED AND ALSO HAS A OB TO RETURN TO.

I ALSO DIDNT ATTACH A CV TO THE PAPERWORK.....IS THIS A MAJOR FLOOR ?

ANY HELP WILL BE APPRICIATED. PLEASE HELP!!!!

A CV is not a requirement, but it shows that when your spouse comes to the UK he/she will not be dependant on public funds.. basically u dont want to give the ECO a chance to complain about anything!!! the more documents you have the better!!

spouse visa help ...

Post by imur69er » Sat Feb 27, 2010 9:10 pm

@ moon and SHAJBHAM

i am planning to apply the spouse visa for my wife from pakistan gerrys service.

what is the name of the forms you have used as the application form?

what are the ESSENTIAL documents needed to submit with the application.

My wife is here on visit visa with me, can she apply for the spouse visa to the HO while she is here on the visit visa? is that possible? or does she has to go to pakistan and lodge an application?

we are married since a year now.

please guide me up thanks a lot.
