Hi all

I'll be applying for the HSMP Tier 1 (General) extension tomorrow. With my application, I'll be sending PBS Dependant application for my wife. Can you please verify the list of documents I am attaching with my application?

Main Applicant

1. Application Form - Tier 1 (General) version 04/09
2. Age Assessment – 20 points
• Passport (India)
3. Past Earnings – 40 points - Claim period : 01-03-2008 to 28-02-2009
• Original Salary Slips from the employer (Ingram Micro UK ltd.)
• Original Bank statements of current account (HSBC)
• Salary details worksheet
4. Qualification - 30 points
Evidence not enclosed as it was provided with initial HSMP application
5. UK experience – 5 points
6. English Language – 10 points
Evidence not enclosed as it was provided with initial HSMP application
7. Maintenance – 10 points
• Original Bank statements of savings account covering period 11-01-2009 to 10-04-2009.


Dependant

3. Marriage Certificate
4. Maintenance - The proof of maintenance funds for my wife is available as part of documents enclosed for the main applicant

Will it be fine if I show just 1 statement covering 3 months for the maintenance of both the main applicant and the dependant? OR
Do I need to attach 2 copies of same savings account statement for both the applications?

One statement is fine buddy just show the appropriate money in it dont need to make it complicated by putting 2 statements.

I beg your pardon - Marriage certificate is MUST. This is even when your partner previosuly had a visa being ur dependent.. Photos are not compulsory but advisable to send it along.

- Two recent identical passport-size photographs of yourself with your full name written on the back of each one.

Whoa - I dont believe you just read the Section of explanation for "PHOTOGRAPHS". Read carefully my friend, and dont just jump to a conclusion within ur first line of reading, esp just coz u want to prove someone wrong..

Read Section 6/Page 40. The reason why PART A has a several option - is in order for HO to verify the crednetials. Anyways, who so ever started this Thread - It is your choice to go by the wise and correct information. If in doubt ring HO - 08707067766 to clarify. Take the person's name and write a covering letter just to indicate your reasons of doing so.
