applying for hsmp after making psw application

hey guys,

urgently need ur help.thx for sparing a moment.

this is my story in a nutshell,

i was on igs.nw applied for one more yr top up(PSW).
and also find that i hv 75 points for HSMP.
not sure abt the 1 yr top up due to maintanace fund....
previous igs has already expired.
is thre any thing i can do ?
i love to apply for hsmp......

plz advice.thx.cheers

U have to wait until u get your extension as u cannot apply for two things at a time for sure.

contact a solicitor specialised in immigration matters,it is possible when i contacted one regarding my case but bare in mind that rules have changed that needs masters.

i alreadt hv masters and what if i dont get the visa?
i heard sumthing ant changing the grounds? what does that mean? do i hv a chance thre?

as ur currrent visa has expired, i dont think u can apply now for hsmp, sorry

Wait for your passport.. if it got rejected u can always go for appeal otherwise go back and maintain 2800GBP for 3 months and apply for HSMP.

if my psw is rejected ,i cannt stay over here as my wud hv expired.
can I? i dot wanna over stay even a 1 day...

OR

do u mean going bak to home country?

any suggestion any one???

If in case u get refused then appeal will be the way out only if u r maintaining 800 in your account from the day u applied till now...
Other option is go back to home country and then apply..

but don loose hope mate
