Need Help 175 GSM Questions?

Please help me with the following questions:

For 175 General Skilled Migrant Form 80 Question # 31 requests the following:
Arrival date; period of stay, proposed address in Australia, additional period of stay etc.
For a migrant how are we suppose to answer such a question since the arrival is based on approval and the stay is permanent?

Form 1276
Also what amount should be filled in for Question 20. Do I have to provide bank letter or statement to support my claim?
