Tier(1) general - format for bank statemt (maintenance fund)

Hello all

I am applying for Tier (1) general from Japan.
I request SBI bank in India to provide me bank statement for 3 months and a Letter from bank confirming funds and that they have been in bank for at least three months.

They provided statement, but asked for a format for the letter.
Does some have this format? If so, please give me.

Hi,

You need to make sure your letter should atleast include the following details
1.the applicant’s name;
2.the account number;
3.the date of the statement;
4.the financial institution’s name and logo;
5.transactions covering the three month period;
6. that there are enough funds present in the account (the balance must always be at least £2,800 or £800, as appropriate) covering the three month period before the date of application;
7. Fund never went below the required limit and also have been above the required limite for the given period.

Apart from this you can also mentioned your account details with which you are claiming points.

Hi,

The Ideal format would be, " we confirm that the minimum balance of £XXXX has always been maintained in the Bank A/c XXXX held by Mr XXX XXXXX for the period covering <From Date> to <To Date>."

The letter should be addressed to you with details mentioned in the guidance.
