Currency conversion Index in India

How do I get the Currency conversion index. where from certian authorities you get an affidavit that your salary is more than the £7500 limit . I am present in India. Do we have to go to the Chartered accountant or Lawyer ? Can anyone advise ?

You can get a certificate from an auditor showing computation of your income. You can take conversion rates and printouts of the same from xe.com.
