Hi everyone,

My PSW visa refused due to fund issue. I went for hearing on 14th April 09. I received letter from Judge on 17th April and my appeal allowed. What is next procedure and how long it will take to stamp visa?

It will take around 4 weeks or so

can u plz tell us what happened on the hearing day???? it can help so many of us to get an idea, please? was there any difficult question they asked u?

The next step is to wait for a call-in letter requesting you to submit your passport to the Appeal Implementation Unit for endorsement with the PSW stamp. The truth of the matter is it could take quite some time to get this letter, not just 4 weeks.
After submitting your passport, you then have to wait some more time for it to be endorsed.
So, you still need some patience.
