New PSW Form Questions

Hi, I am filling the new PSW form to make a transition from IGS to to the new Tier-1 PSW .

I have probelems in filling 3 parts

PART : 1

I see they have now added details about IDENTITY CARD FOR FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS



I dont have one so what to fill in there?

PART : 2

My First Travelling to UK Flight ticket number/booking ref etc..



I havent got the Ticket numbers ,All I know is that I travlled from the cities and the airlines name. What to fill in here?

PART 3:

Current or previous worker reference number ubder work permit arrangements (iff applicable)

Dude fill the passport thing ok.. then dont fill id card thing..put N/A.. then they asked u about the entry clearance which means visa when u first enter UK... put the date and reference number.... then put NO on D5 and go to D11......

its simple mate....

If your passport which has your initial visa is missing then only u fill the place from which u enter UK.....
