Moving Permanently To Canada

Hello Forum Members,
I'm Ijaz from Pakistan. I want to Permanently move to Canada along with my spouse, 2yrs daughter and 18yrs old nephew.
I have 14 Yrs Education in the Field of IT, and working in the same field for the last 5 years. My wife has done MBA in Interior Designing.
and my nephew is doing his high school.
Now, i want to move to Canada Permanently, and i'm totally a noob in all the stuff required.

Can anyone of the forum members assist me about the Procedure of Canadian Immigration/Citizenship. And i dont want to take help of any Consultant, want to complete the process independently.

I'm impatiently waiting for advice from u ppl.

brother i saw the website, but didnot find any information about, that whether a nephew can be a dependent or not ??
