one of my friend's asks me this question. on Tier2 approved English language test university of Cambridge ESOL examination say C1 6.5 general or academic and B2 5.5 apply for all tier2 categories. do anyone tell me what does that mean..with 5.5 she click on 5.5 give her 10 point.is she eligible to apply? what is B1 C1 stand for ?
she have 5.5 in IELTS. please advise. she is applying for tier-2
