Approved first but Refused now; Please assist

Post by fidelis » Fri Aug 05, 2005 2:20 pm

Dear Moderators and friends,
I'm from India. I am a regular user of this web page since last year.

I had applied for HSMP on January 2005 and got approved in February 05. I was unable to obtain EC within the 3 months period. Hence, I applied for a fresh application which received by the home office on 3 July 05. Today I received a refusal letter form the case worker, with reason for refusal as:

"Based on the information received from the diplomatic post in India, we are not satisfied that the information provided is an accurate representation of your employment history. Therefore, we cannot be satisfied that you meet the requirements of the HSMP arrangements. For this reason, we have been unable to approve the application".

So far none of my employers have received any verification from the High Commission or from home office. I don know in what means the case worker says like this. Without verification how they decide that its not an accurate representation. furthermore, the same caseworker approved the appln earlier.

Already I have spent a lot for HSMPand the reason he quote is funny.

Kindly advise me what grounds shall I quote in my review request.

Kindly assist me in the following:
1) What are the procedure for free review?
2) within 28 days counts from the date of decision received or from the date of refusal.
3)To which ddress shall I send the review request.
4) Do I need to send all the original documents /evidences again for review.
Await hearing from you all soonest.

when you applied the second time, did you send in your first letter from the home office saying that you had already been accepted?
