I submitted my tier 1 application on 30-mar-09

Hi Everybody,

I submitted my tier 1 application on 30-mar-09, and my application status still shows "forwarded to BHC".

Does anyone have any update on how long this may take?
Are there anyone who have applied on 30 mar 09. pls post your replies.

Well.. generally we should have expected by now... but i had seen.. ppls who had applied after 24th march not yet received (probably due to technical problem with them as posted in their site.... and probably due to easter holidayss).... so we have to wait for atleast one and half week more...

I applied on 26th of last month and my status still shows as forwarded to BHC. I guess the delay is because of technical glitches.

I have applied on 27th march status is still forwarded to BHC. i applied from pune which eventually goes to mumbai vfs.

am happy to say that i received my visa approved today.

Applied on 30th march from vfs mumbai
valid from 15th april

when did your application status change from frwd to BHC? was it approved on 15th april and did u receive your documents today? could you pls throw some light if you dont mind ... i am very curious abt my application status too as i also applied on the same day...

i found my status changed yesterday evening changed from "Frwd to BHC" to "Processed Application. Had delivered through Blue Dart". Today morning i took the AWB no. from VFS and personally picked up the documents from the courier company.

The visa is valid from 15th April so i guess they might have approved on the same day. Unfortunately they did not considered my request of travel date of 30th April. Newayzzz atleast i received, so am fine.

Status: Docs Fwd to BHC

one thing has changed i.e,

from: Fingers Crossed,
to: Fingers Double Crossed.

A number of people are in the same boat. Don't worry. In many cases, it can easily take 25 working days. I am also waiting.

I applied on the same date 30th March 09 and have just received a card in the post today to pick up a signed delivery package (which will be from the Home Office) in 48hrs from the mail sorting centre so fingers crossed it's a positive response.

Applied from: VFS Hyderabad
Applied on: 30th March
Status: Application is collected.

Today Morning I received call from VFS Hyderabad, asking me to collect the docs.I received the passport with VISA stamp.

Valid from : 01/06/09

Till : 01/06/12

No Verification in my case.
