Non-immigrant v/s Immigrant

This is a simple question but I just want to double check.
What visa category is Tier 1 General Visa ?

Immigrant or Non-Immigrant

So if an Indian national with an Indian passport has a Tier 1 Visa stamp or a Tier 1 Dependent Visa stamp would be considered as the UK Immigrant.

I trust your reply, but could you please let me know the online source where I can verify your answer.

dude it says in the passport as Tier 1 (Migrant)....
