I have recieved my PP today, with a leave for one more year untill 20th Aprill 2010, Thanks for all the support and advices.

same with me. i got my PP back today(with my solicitor). apprx.. 5 weeks..

Been wiating for too long

Hi guys,
I sent my passport with pics to HO on 16th March after successful appeal. Its been over 5 weeks now but with no response.

Please guide me on what to do....I need urgent help.

There is really nothing you can do, you just have to wait it out but I believe u'll get it soon. 5 weeks seem to be the average wait time. Good Luck.

Hi guys

I was refused becos HO said part of my statement did not have bank's logo on it as well as my degree cert from the university wasn't available and the letter from the uni did not state explicitly that Certs have not been issued yet.

My timeline below
AIT hearing on 21st January 2009
Determination letter Received on 31st January 2009
Call later came on 13th March 2009.
Passports received at AIU (Leeds) on 17thth March 2009.
Passports received from AIU on 29th March 2009.

Hi, congratulations..i just want to ask when ur IGS visa ws expired. it sounds like u got may be the extra period as ur decision ws made in April and u got extention till April next year..

my Appeal hearing date was almost same like yours but i am not as lucky as you.

AIT hearing on 20th January 2009

BUT

since then no one contacted me even for passports.

any help what shall i do.
