I would appreciate if anyone can provide me details on the demand draft. such as

1. the amount of the draft
2. Payable to whom ?
3. Which banks Demand draft should it be
4. How do we mention about the draft in the application form as it asks for check details / credit card info?

The cheque should be made payable to Home Office, Workpermits (UK). The address is Atos Doncaster PO Box 551, Doncaster Carr, Doncaster, DN1 1XU. There is no particular bank, any UK bank will do it. I used LLOYDS.
