Post by old_dublin » Mon May 04, 2009 7:02 pm

Hi, Does anyone know how long it takes to get the certificate for kids. Do we have to send the fee along with form 9. Thanks.

as far as i know INIS only ask for a fees once the application is approved so you dont need to send the fees with the application some other info here from www.justice.ie

Q.Can my spouse and children apply at the same time?

A. Any person over 18 years of age who fulfils the statutory criteria can apply for a certificate of naturalisation. Normally, an application on behalf of a minor child cannot be made until one of the parents or guardians is naturalised.

good luck
