Pre Existing Medical Condition in Family member

My 7 year old son has mild Autism. How can that effect HSMP processing visa and how will be it be taken at NHS once he is there in the UK. How will it be taken if and when I apply for the British Citizenship. Please help!!!

when I came to the UK in 2000 I had to undergo a medical checkup since my visa was for more than 6 months...

I don't know if the same applies for HSMP

Also citizenship is still far away so don't worry about it now
