Hi,

I don't know much about this visa.Could please any one guide me how to proceed in applying HSMP Tier 1 Visa.

1. Now i am working as software engineer.After getting the visa can i work in NON IT jobs (odd Jobs) in case if i don't get the IT Job?

2. After getting the visa,with in how many days i have to reach UK?Is there any time limit?

There is no restriction on the type of job you do. You shuld have earned enough points when it comes to VISA extension however.

As long as your VISA is valid. The ILR clock will start ticking only after you have entered UK.
