They dont really consider invoices or cash receipts as the full proof. One has to send additional proof which is bank statement...

That's not income. Unless you pay tax on it you can't proof that it's income.

tnx all, so if we going to pay an taxman the money will they take this in account. Exmp., 18000£-proofable earning + tax paid on another 7-8K(based on invoice only) Total 25-26K. Q. Is it going to work and if yes what the best way to do it? Tnx.

U can do it only if u r self employed... But as a self employed u cant work for a single company according to law if u worked for a single company as self employed then u r considered to be their employee rather than self employed....

Yasa, thanks for your replay.I just want to exp. situation we are now. She been working for an employer till the end of september then, she went home for some treatment `cose health problem for 6 week and lost her place. When she come back she was doing some private job mainly and in december become self-employed person. Right now she works part-time for two different companies, and doing some private job. Buy bank we can proof earning for about 10 points but we need 20 to get 75. So is it posible to do the bussines in this situation, paing taxman and claiming it as an earning?

Yeah if she is self employed then u got to take advise from accountant as how much she earned and how much she needs to give as tax.. check the guidelines for applying as a self employed...

But u need to see the accountant first without wasting any time..and check the guidelines..
