You can apply on your own. The application(and form) is straight forward. All you need is to collect all documents (which only you can do) and arrange in order and send with HO. Thats it.

Agents generally exaggerate things to pull money out of you and make it impossible task.

I first thought applying via Lawyer was a Good option and so took appointment with Londons best immigration lawyer , initial 1 hour appointment was 100 £ and if they take up the case it is 1200 £.

I was fully prepared with by-hearting each and every corner of guidance

A guy came in , said he was senior lawyer and has applied 200 hsmp cases .....
He started to confuse me in first Q itself

His Questions

1) How can u apply so early ...It is risky ...But we will take the risk ....

I knew he was bluffing .......

2) why only 11 months payslips , they ask for 12 months ....

Now i knew i am sitting with a bafoon ....

i paid 100 £ and ran away and applied myself ... and got it approved .....

Dont know who made him sit there .....But again we are HIGHLY SKILLED , and we analyse better than these lawyers ....

Better dont go through these bafoons

I will suggest too to apply yourself. This community can help. You will find comments and suggestion from many experienced people here.

Read the gauidance notes carefully and if you have any questions, post your question here. I had made a sucessfull initial application myself. I currently have some doubts related to my extension and I am taking help of this forum itself.
