I have bank statements, letter from the company and also the pay slips but I don't have the income tax return papers. Is it necessary to show income tax papers ???????????
Do I have enough proofs to show my previous earnings??????

It looks like you are ok, as there are atleast 2 proofs from different sources are required.

You don't need to have Income Tax proof. You have Bank Statememt (Source 1) and Payslips+employer letter(source 2). That is fine.

dude dont need to worry u r fine as u have both the evidences.... anyways try and look into guidance again, i guess u haven't read it properly....
