APPEAL HAS ALLOWED BUT NO CONTACT FROM AIU

Hi
my appeal for workpermit was allowed in end of Jan 2009 till today we have not been asked from UKBA for passports.

my current job contact is finishing in july this year. i cannot apply any other job as i dont have valid visa on my passport. we are in real trouble.

i have wrote UKBA, my MP has wrote them but they are not replying at all, i dont know whats going on and what shall i do?

Please Please advice me what shall i do?

we have been waiting for almost same length of time as you. HO uses delaying tactis just to make your life bitter.Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do about it. Just be patient.I know its easier said than done.

Are you talking of the TIER1 application ? you mentioned work permit ..

it was workpermit when i applyed in aug 2008, this became Tier 2 later.
